Accessing BT Web Group email from GMAIL

From your phone:
Step 1 - Open the Gmail app
Step 2 - Go to Settings
Click the menu in the top left corner to open Settings.
Step 3 - Click the arrow right of your email
At the top of your screen, click the small arrow next to your name and email address to open
Step 4 - Click Add account
Click Add account to start setup.
Step 5 - Click Other
Select Other as the account you want to set up.
Step 6 - Enter your email address
Step 7 - Select IMAP
Step 8 - Enter your password
Step 9 - Enter mail.(your domain).com for incoming server (replace (your domain) with your actual domain name hosted by BT Web Group).
Step 10 - Enter mail.(your domain).com for outgoing server (replace (your domain) with your actual domain name hosted by BT Web Group).

From a computer:
Step 1 - Open your Gmail account at Gmail.com
Step 2 - At the top right, click the Settings icon.
Step 3 - Select Settings.
Step 4 - Select the Accounts and Import tab.
Step 5 - In the Check mail from other accounts (using POP3) section, click Add a POP3 mail account you own.
Step 6 - Enter your domain email address, then click Next Step.
Step 7 - Enter your account username. Your username is your full email address
Step 8 - Enter the email account’s password.
Step 9 - Enter your account’s POP server information. This is the Incoming Server information found below.
Step 10 - Select Port 995 from the Port drop-down menu.
Step 11 - When ready, click Add Account.

To send mail as:
Open your Gmail account at Gmail.com
At the top right, click the Settings icon.
Select Settings.
Select the Accounts and Import tab.
under Send mail as, select "Add another email address"
